Our Team
Todd Tippin
As the President & CEO of TMT Business Services, Inc., Todd Tippin has built a professional management consulting business dedicated to integrity and service through his commitment to placing client’s needs first. His most important duty as a consultant is educating and helping clients achieve the goals they have set for themselves and their businesses through comprehensive planning and prudent strategic choices. Todd’s capabilities were developed while owning and operating successful product and services businesses.
Todd began his business development career as a paper delivery boy and neighborhood landscape maintenance worker while in grade school and high school where he learned the ins and outs of how the businesses function and developed an understanding of how to operate a business for growth and profitability.

In 1983, Todd began his career work as a warehouseman in a small business in San Diego, CA. Todd quickly rose to recognition by The Stanley Works (Stanley Black & Decker Inc.) where he became a District Manager excelling in helping his clients achieve unprecedented success. His success provided Todd the opportunity to rise through the ranks of business management until he bought his first company in 1992. Todd has successfully placed his own money at risk owning, operating, and developing both product and service business over the past 30 years. Now Todd is putting his experience and dedication toward helping his clients make the best strategic and tactical choices for solving difficult business challenges and building strong companies for the future.
Now a resident of Southern Oregon and a small business owner, Todd is an active member of the community. His passion for helping people has led him to volunteer with several non-profit organizations including The Special Peoples Depot, XL4Christ Ministries and Glendale Valley Christian Fellowship. Todd has served as Board Treasurer and President of The Special Peoples Depot in Douglas County where meals for seniors are served 3 times per week and as Director of XL4Christ Ministries where troubled adults are helped to turn their lives around to become healthy, productive members of society. Todd lives in Glendale, OR with his wife Deena and daughter, Taylor. Todd enjoys living close to his son Alex, his daughter Sadie and his grandchildren, Jacob, Stephen, Zachary, Theodore, and Elliot.
